The PAS Framework

Another template that I found really helpful was the PAS (Problem-Agitate-Solution).  PAS is a framework for writing persuasive messages that works because it’s market-centered. It forces you to think about where your audience is coming from and how they might be feeling, rather than just focusing on what you want them to do or believe in the future.

One of the most powerful ways this comes into play is when we talk about problems people are having – if readers can see something wrong happening right now, then they’re more likely to feel like there’s an urgent need for change as well.
